1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sparkandalign.com, booking a session, or participating in any of Spark & Align Ltd.’s (“Spark & Align,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Spark & Align offers hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Human Design coaching, spiritual coaching, group programs, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
Disclaimer: These services are not medical, psychological, or financial advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.
3. Bookings and Payments
Sessions may be booked through our website or by direct contact with Spark & Align.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Packages or special programs may have unique terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for completed or missed sessions.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
By booking with Spark & Align, you agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information on intake forms.
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
Not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Refrain from making unauthorized recordings of sessions. (Recordings may be provided by Spark & Align at our discretion.)
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Spark & Align — including Human Design reports, session recordings, scripts, exercises, and website content — remain the intellectual property of Spark & Align Ltd.
You are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of Spark & Align’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Testimonials & Illustrations
Testimonials and success stories are provided for illustrative purposes only. They represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
8. Limitation of Liability
Spark & Align does not guarantee specific results from its services.
Services are provided “as is” and are intended for educational and personal development purposes.
Spark & Align shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
You assume full responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and results.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spark & Align Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of our services or materials,
Your violation of these Terms, or
Your violation of the rights of a third party.
10. Third-Party Services
Spark & Align may use third-party providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, Zoom/Google Meet for sessions). We are not responsible for the performance or failures of third-party platforms. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
